Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what we provide

DreamBridgeUSA is a technology intermediary connecting job seekers and students with employers and universities in the United States. We are not an employer, not a university, not a law firm, and not a government agency.

2. What we do not guarantee

• We do not guarantee employment or university admission.
• We do not guarantee a visa or approval of any immigration application. Visa decisions rest solely with the competent U.S. authorities.
• We do not guarantee the duration or outcome of any government process.
• A "visa sponsorship" badge means only that the employer stated so at posting time — it is not a guarantee of any kind.

3. Service fees

• The platform service fee is one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), charged once per application through our payment provider.
• Exactly what it covers: converting your CV into a machine-readable (ATS) format, building your professional profile, matching it against openings, and delivering your application to the employer.
• The fee is not collected from you where the vacancy falls under a programme or a state in which the law prohibits charging a worker the cost of obtaining work — see the United States Terms, section 4. If it is collected in error it is refunded in full.
• The fee pays for work the platform performs. It does not buy a job, a government decision, or advantage over another applicant — ranking uses skills, experience, education, language, availability and location only.
• No fee is ever deducted from a worker's wages. Recruitment, legal and administrative costs are the employer's responsibility and are invoiced directly to the employer.
• An application is not sent to the employer until the payment provider confirms payment.

4. Refunds

Fees are refunded in full where the service was not delivered: if the job posting is removed before your application is reviewed, or if we cannot process your application for reasons attributable to us. Fees are not refundable merely because an employer did not select you, as the service was performed. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of payment.

5. Your obligations

• Provide accurate information. Misleading information in an immigration context can carry serious legal penalties.
• Upload only your own documents, and never another person's documents without their permission.
• Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. The education track

The education track is currently open to applicants from a defined list of countries shown on the home page, which may change. University data (tuition, deadlines, acceptance rates) is drawn from published sources and each record shows when it was last updated — always confirm with the university's official website before making any decision.

7. Equal opportunity and non-discrimination

Our matching engine scores only skills, experience, education, language, availability and location. It does not use nationality, race, religion, sex, age or marital status. The match score is advisory and makes no hiring decision — a human always does.

8. Account termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account for breach of these terms or suspected fraud, and will tell you why.

9. Limitation of liability

Our liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid the platform in the preceding twelve months. We are not responsible for the decisions of employers, universities or government authorities.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of to be completed before publication and U.S. federal law. Disputes are first addressed informally. Nothing here prevents you from complaining to any competent government agency — any clause purporting otherwise is void. Arbitration detail is in the United States Terms.

11. Accessibility

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA. If you meet a barrier that stops you using any part of the platform: access@dreambridgeusa.com

12. Intellectual property

Your documents are yours. The platform's content, design and mark belong to us. DMCA notices: dmca@dreambridgeusa.com

13. Changes to these terms

Any material change is notified by email and inside the platform 30 days before it takes effect, and the last-updated date at the top of this page changes with it.
